The Hussy played a surprise set after The Honey Slides at Mickey’s Tavern last month. Yeah! Anyhow, this post is to let you know to Chickety Czech out the blog / record label that Bobby (of the Hussy) has going. It’s called Kind Turkey.

So, if anyone is still searching for something to do tomorrow night, Del the Funky Homosapien (above) and Bukue One are playing a free show at the Majestic Theatre with locals Rob DZ and Weapons of Mass Defunktion.

If you haven’t seen Bukue One (below) or Rob DZ before, I recommend you get there early. Hell, get there early anyway. It’s free and will probably fill up fast.

About this time every year I start thinking about getting out of the Midwest for a week in search of someplace warmer. But, since I know that’s not going to happen this year, I just keep editing photos from last spring in Maine, when it was 80 degrees plus. I’m starting to think I should turn up the thermostat for the rest of the day…

My creative juices have been running on fumes as of late, and, since I’m not one to rehash what I’ve already done while waiting for the ideas to start coming in again, I started looking around the interwebs for some fresh design to draw inspiration from. So, here’s a handful of things that I saw on Flickr and turned into a gallery.
